Kate Hudson Relaxes A-Rod

Kate HudsonKATE Hudson is having a relaxing effect on beau Alex Rodriguez — according to the New York Yankees slugger’s former manager.

Joe Torre says Alex has upped his game on the pitch since hooking up with the Bride Wars star — and he’s adamant Kate helped the Yankees win their 27th World Series.

“Somebody is relaxing him, that’s all I can say, because he certainly looked like he enjoyed himself this year.” Torre told US TV show Extra.

“I know how important baseball is to him, so whatever the reason, it seems to be working.”

Hudson, 30, recently revealed that she has taken up salsa dancing.

“I’ve kind of gotten into salsa. It’s hard, though. If you do a full salsa session for an hour, you’ve got to lose an inch. You’re pouring sweat. Salsa is really fun,” she said.
