Rebecca Gayheart Expecting First Child
REBECCA Gayheart is gonna become a mommy!
The actress — who is married to Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane — has confirmed speculation she’s pregnant with her first child.
“We’ve always wanted to be parents,” the 38-year-old told In Touch Weekly magazine. “I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I’ll be a good mom. We’re absolutely looking forward to it.
“I’m doing yoga, and I’m walking on the beach every day with my dogs for about an hour. I drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables and protein.
“I’m having a great, great time right now and loving my life.”
Gayheart and Dane were married on October 29, 2004.
“It’s probably one of the least interesting stories in the world,” Eric has previously told Flaunt Magazine about how they met. “It went basically like this: ‘You wanna go out?’
“‘Yeah, sure.’ Ten months later, we were married.”
“They’re definitely happy,” a source told People magazine of the pregnancy in September. “They’ve been trying for so long.”
