The actor, 24, is currently traveling the globe promoting Twilight sequel New Moon, which hits theaters November 20.

In a new interview with MTV, Lutz revealed that his much-lusted-after costar, Robert Pattinson, hasn’t changed much since finding fame in the first Twi flick.

“Rob is still just as awkward!” he said. “He’s such a shy guy. He has a lot of weight on his shoulders, a lot of responsibility as the actor to carry these films, and he’s still the same goofy Rob.

“It’s really cool to be a part of a project where everyone’s still the same.

“I think that maybe Rob or Kristen Stewart or especially Taylor Lautner — he’s kind of younger and this is so huge to be thrown into the limelight — but everyone is still the same person.

“It’s really cool to be part of such a strong, down-to-earth group of actors who are talented and humble and thankful.”
