“When you say to a girl ‘I play golf’ her eyes glaze over,” says Hugh, who has previously dated Elizabeth Hurley and Elle Macpherson. “I do feel guilty about my golf.

“You know you’re a sad case when you spend your spare time reading books on putting or going on YouTube to watch slow motion golf swings.

“I’ll get out of bed in the middle of the night and practice my swing in front of a mirror. I’m obsessed and it’s destroying my life. Golf is an addiction.”

    Haha! Isn't that so true though? Once people get wrapped up in golf, there's no turning back. It's definitely an addicting game. I'm always working on my swing arms or stance posture, and I keep thinking 'well just a couple more days at the putting green and then I'll be able to get out there and beat my last score!' If you're a competitive person, it just goes without saying: Golf is an obsession and an addiction… and like coffee, it's an acquired taste but so, so worth it! Hugh just needs to find himself a golf gal :)
