Amy Winehouse Banned Dad From Appearing on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
AMY Winehouse’s father Mitch has revealed how his superstar daughter banned him from appearing on UK reality TV show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
Mitch says he was approached by the show’s producers, but Amy vetoed the idea straight away.
“When I told Amy I had the interview, she went mad — she says, ‘You’re not doing it dad,’ she wouldn’t let me do it,” he said on Mitch Winehouse’s Showbiz Rant.
Mitch also hinted that the reason why the Rehab singer was taken to hospital recently was because she had a problem with her new surgically enhanced breasts.
“Well I can’t say why she went into hospital, but it wasn’t because she had a cold. She’s fine, she just had a little leaky something or other,” he said, pointing to his chest.
Mitch recently insisted Amy has made a “miraculous” recovery in her fight against drug addiction.
“I think she looks great, very bit of her — including the boobs,” he said. “She’s doing fantastic and I don’t think enough credit is given to her about what she’s achieved over the last year. It’s been nothing short of miraculous.”
