Check your sources a little bit more. Bale has said in every interview when asked about the 3rd Batman that he has to do it even if Nolan doesn’t. He'd like Nolan to come back and do the 3rd movie (so would everyone) but Bale is under contract for 3 movies and as much a people want to vilify him he's always be true to word and the agreements he enters into.
