Carrie Underwood’s Beau: ‘She’s my Second Serious Girlfriend’

CARRIE Underwood‘s beau Mike Fisher is no playboy!
In an interview with the Toronto Sun, the Ottawa Senators hockey player revealed the American Idol alum is only his second “serious girlfriend.”
“There has been only one other girlfriend, really,” he says. “It lasted a while, but it was a long time ago.”
“We’re both happy with the way things are . . . I’m obviously happy . . .things are great off the ice,” Fisher said of his and Underwood’s need for privacy.
Underwood — who has previously dated Chace Crawford and Tony Romo — recently revealed that when she heard about Fisher through one of her band members, she was a little apprehensive about dating him.
“He was like, ‘I have this guy for you,’” Underwood said on last Wednesday’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “I was like, ‘Oh, that’s great! What does he do?’”
When Underwood was told Fisher played hockey, she asked, “Does he have his own teeth?”
“‘No,’” she says her band member replied. “‘But he’s got his really good dentist!’”
When she was told he also lived in Canada, Underwood says it was another thumbs down.
“I love Canada,” she says, “but that is a long distance relationship.”
Carrie recently denied reports that she and Mike are planning to shack up.
