SELENA Gomez doesn’t hate Twilight — she just doesn’t watch it!

In a recent interview with Bonnie Hunt, the Waverly Place star, 17, admitted she’s not a fan of the vampire movie franchise.

“I don’t watch them,” she said. “Sorry, I feel bad … even though I am a teenager.”

But Gomez now insists that just because she doesn’t watch the Twilight movies, it doesn’t mean she hates them

“All I said was that I didn’t watch it and I felt bad for not watching it,” the teen star told E! News.

“But of course, now it’s like, ‘I don’t like it’. That’s not the case.

“I feel bad and I’m sorry if I offended anyone for that.”

well they just write that on net. Hiding behind their computers insulting everyone they can. They just need to get the attention. And I agree for the new moon. But I’ve been able to see some shoots of Eclipse and it’s going to be a spectacle.

People,she just doesn’t want to watch the movie and not everyone loves or hates Twilight. Come on,if you wanna watch the movie,you just do it…or you don’t. I like it a lot,but is not the best movie ever. Is just a movie… Such a case for a movie…

I think you have to have read the books in order to enjoy the experience. I missed the boat on the Twilight series. If I was a celebrity I would actually attach myself to Twilight. It’s kind of foolish because some of these rabid teen fans will be offended if you haven’t watched the movie or don’t know about the characters. When you’re dealing with the fragile psyche of teen girls, you have to carefully tread. So for the record I LOVE Twilight.
