Megan Fox: ‘I’m a Sacrificial Lamb’
MEGAN Fox says being famous is like being a “sacrificial lamb”.
The Transformers star says she has created a media persona so people can’t tear her down in the press.
“Being a celebrity is like being a sacrificial lamb,” she said. “At some point, no matter how high the pedestal that they [critics and audiences] put you on, they’re going to tear you down.
“And I created a character as an offering for the sacrifice. I’m not willing to give my true self up.
“The reality is, I’m hidden amongst all the insanity. Nobody can find me.”
The 23-year-old recently insisted she is nothing like “tigress” Angelina Jolie.
“People compare me to Angelina Jolie, and she’s so serious and stoic. I’m the opposite,” she said.
“I’m not a tigress like Angelina. Of course, people want me to be. But I want to be the contradiction of that.
“When I do interviews, I say things that I think are hysterical. But because we live in a world of sound bites, you’re not allowed to have a sense of humor.
“Sarcasm doesn’t translate in print at all. And neither does self-deprecating humor.
“I don’t know if I’m talented, I don’t know what I can do or can’t do. I had no skills at all. As a child, I had it in my head that I was supposed to be doing this, and then I did it. But I didn’t know what I was doing.”

i like her a lot. obviously she is beautiful but i think she is real and down to earth and she just gets bashed by everyone because she is actually honest. and we know that doesn’t exist in hollywood or in this country at all. maybe she should have been more respectful to the transformers director who made her career but she apologized anyways. plus i think she was just joking with all of that too and a lot of sarcasm but got taken seriously bc you can’t joke in hollywood. she’s not fake at all and i like how she just likes to chill at home and is not a party girl. she’s been with one guy for the last five years so any girl that calls her a slut is just jealous as hell.
my nine year old son has his first crush on megan fox.. and he doesn’t have a clue who is angaline jolie.. for me, that says it all.. lady pack your bags and go home to your 6-8 kids!
