TAYLOR Swift loves going to award shows — because it means she can experiment with her style!

The country music star — who has bagged a slew of gongs over the past 12-months — says she loves  nothing more than dressing up for a red carpet event.

“You get to play with your style and play with clothes and max it up as much as you want,” said the 19-year-old Love Story hitmaker.

“I am a real girly girl so I love all the red carpet stuff. Just love it.”

The clean-cut star recently insisted no one forces her to behave herself.

“I’ve been given the freedom to do whatever I want,” she told the UK’s Daily Mail newspaper in an October interview. “I’m 19 — if I want to storm out of the house and go to a club and get drunk and take my clothes off and run naked through Nashville, I can do that. I just really would rather not. It’s as simple as that.

“It’s not like I’ve been beaten down by some corporation that’s forcing me to always behave myself — I just naturally do. Sometimes people are fascinated by the fact that I don’t care about partying, almost to the point where they think it’s weird.

“I think when we get to the point where it’s strange for you to not be stumbling around high on something at 19, it’s a warped world.”
