Her story is indeed inspiring but it is her incredible voice and the ability to connect with her listeners that has made her a global hit. Not since Garland has a singer been able to connect with the heartstrings of her audience in such a way. If, indeed, a biopic is ever made of her life, I hope this is the emphasis.
