LEONA Lewis paid a visit to the MuchOnDemand studios in Toronto, Canada, Thursday.
The British singer has been busy traveling the globe promoting her new album, Echo — which hit stores earlier this month.
Leona, 24, recently insisted that she doesn’t want a huge army of security guards — despite being attacked at a book signing last month.
“It was shocking. So, so horrible,” Leona told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper earlier this month. “It’s a shocking thing to happen to anyone — to be attacked by a man, especially as a female. But I am trying to see it as something isolated, something that doesn’t happen often — touch wood — and something that won’t happen again. I have to deal with it.
“I had a little bit of time out immediately after [the attack], time to be with my family and a chance to get over the shock.
“Now I’m just kind of dealing with it and trying to put it behind me.
“As for extra security — well, I’ve tried to keep it pretty much the same.
“I’ve always tried to keep as few people around me as possible because I don’t feel like I need it. But now, after this, I also know that doing this you have to protect yourself a little bit. Being in this industry you are exposed — more so than other people. I know that I have to look after myself as well.”
