GERARD BUTLER ‘Tells Female Bottom Pincher to F**k Off’

Posted by Adam

Gerard ButlerIS Gerard Butler struggling to deal with the pressures of fame?

According to reports, the Scottish actor, 40, threw a wobbly after a couple of women playfully pinched his bottom during a night out at London’s Groucho nightclub.

“Get a f***ing life!” Gerard told the female fans, according to British tabloid the Daily Mirror. “Go on f*** off.”

“The girls looked a bit sheepish as Gerard headed across the road for yet more booze,” a source added.

Gerard, 40, recently admitted his life is “really boring”.

“I just like to go back home and chill out with friends. It sounds really boring but it’s true,” he said.

“Sometimes I finish a movie and I get used to a certain lifestyle and when that stops I get a bit lost for about a week. ‘No one is bringing me lunch anymore — I’ve gotta go do that myself?’

“I lose the main point of my focus. Often all I want to do is travel and just get the hell outta there. But I’m actually boring really.”

I don’t blame him. If men did that to some female star, he’d get in trouble. Women act like absolute barbarians and it never seems to matter to people and because he told them to f*** off he’s probably going be dubbed as an a-hole.

    Shame.

  • amethyst

You left out part of the reason why Gerry said that to them. According to another article the girls had been grabbing his behind and chasing him down the street. I’ve seen videos of girls being downright crude to him and it’s a wonder he hasn’t told them to F-off before now.

I think that everybody has a right to privacy and reposter think that their job should deprive celebrities of a private moment. Perhaps he should not have used obscene language but he has ever right to tell them off. Keep it up Mr Phantom

Women behave badly just like guys do. I don’t blame Gerard Butler, and I’m not surprised at this. They figured since they were fans they could do anything to him, and it was okay. Glad he told them off, and I hope this doesn’t ruin his reputation. They got handsy and he told them to f’k off. It’s not like he punched one of them out.

If men or a man was following me down the street and pinched my butt, I probably would have done more than tell him to F off..should not be double standards for a man than a woman. These woman were probably a little tipsy and I don’t think his real fans… I am a fan and I would not chase him down the street pinching his butt. They need to get a life – they were probably just in the moment. I don’t have a problem with what he did – it has got to get old..

  • Laurel

Good for him!!! If a guy did that the girl would be yelling sexual harassment at the least. If they can’t behave like ladies there’s no reason for him to be gentlemanly!

  • http://yahoo jake

I don’t blame him either- Women think can do what they want without any consequences. He was justified in telling them to get off him. They women sound like a couple of bar flies- whores!

  • capt. spalding

Oh, here we go. The ever present loyal followers to protect the honor of their Messiah! Cry me a friggin river! Most [single] men would give their left arm to have an ounce of this kind of attention from women. The fact that it bothers Butler indicates something else. Butler not only invites, but perpetuates this kind of behavior. The publicists that create the “Playa” stories in the press are on his payroll and take their directives from him! He sits in interviews and openly talks about the (supposed) size of his member, propositions reporters on camera, and tells fans outside of events about what he did in his hotel room at 3 a.m. So if he wants privacy, boundaries and respect then, he has to set the standard. The contradictory behavior really speaks to further substantiate the rumors that he really is………………..not of the heterosexual persuasion.

  • Rebecca

Wow, Capt Spalding…….. jealous AND homophobic.

  • E

    Frankly,

While I understand Butler’s annoyance with the female fans, was that really called for? He does talk about questionable things in interviews, as well.

He is a shitty actor. He plays shitty roles and the fact that he was even cast in the role of Erik for Phantom of the Opera is beyond insulting to literary conventions. Well, that movie was a disgusting abomination and insult to literature all by itself. It’s vile and is right up there with a fucking terrorist act.

    A terrorist attack on literature.

    Thank you and goodbye.

This guy is a joker. He is full of himself not to mention he is the ugliest man alive.

  • Holly

Seems like the last 3 posts are from the same loser! Probably Gerard’s ex, LOL! Bottom line here (excuse the pun) is that is it NEVER acceptable behavior to grab anyone that you are not with as in girlfriend, boyfriend, lover, spouse etc… What these girls did was rude and Mr. Butler has EVERY RIGHT TO CALL THEM OUT! It’s a complete double standard for women to act this way. If he acted that way to a couple of women walking down the street, they would have sued his BUTT off (sorry again)!

  • Kellie

Wow, Joshua, I wish men were as ugly as Gerard! Did he steal your mate? He is the sexiest man I have laid eyes on in quite some time. something must be wrong with me and 99% of the female population that find him bloody HOT!

  • MissVictoria

The “source” for this article is questionable as there is a blatant factual error. GB wouldn’t have gone to get more booze. He has abstained from alcohol for over a decade. Therefore, take this report with a grain of salt.

As far as I am concerned, he would have every right to tell off the bottom pinchers. Just as much as any woman would. Men should also not be subjected to sexual harrassment.

As far as the negative comments posted her by men, sounds like jealousy. Butler is a great guy and very talented.

  • James

I cannot see how anyone could defend the females in this situation! He did the right thing. All we know is what this rag and other rags have reported. How do we know how long he had to put up with this behavior or if he politely asked them to bugger off sooner. From what I have seen of this man, he is a pretty docile man in interviews and does not come of as big on himself or rude at all. The Mirror and Sun only tell you what gets the papers to sell. The F**K off senario suits their story. Well done Gerard. No one should take this type of behavior for civilized.

  • Not a fan of showbiz

Happy he told them to bugger off! I really have taken a liking to this man since I saw him on BBC Ross show a couple of weeks back. He is very charming and very talented. He seems to handle his fame with grace. Also, I hear he has not been drinking in years. A pap on Twitter IMITT admitted to being a photog out that night (in fact the one that fell backwards into the rubbish) and clearly said Gerard Butler was not drunk at all. I love our British papers. They are so full of facts!

  • smd

Well done Gerry, for telling those drunken slappers where to go!

    I guess he’s not such a womanizer after all!! ;) x

  • epe

Those ladies got what they deserved! What if it had been a couple of men pinching a female stars bottom? They would be in jail!! Just because he is in the entertainment business doesn’t mean you can put your hands all over him (although it would be tempting :) ) No one should be dissing him for this.

  • annie

HE IS A JERK FOR MAKING FUN OF MICHAEL JACKSON. GROW UP MAN.JONNY DEPP AND MICHAEL JACKSON ARE THE HOTTEST MAN ON EARTH.

  • Engthing

annie-GET SOME HELP! Jackson was a creep and Depp wouldn’t put up with that garbage for one second. GB’s all man and fully grown. That’s more than can be said for Jackson. Depp isn’t know for being nice to his fans, GB is known for being kind to his. These were nasty ass females and they got what they had coming to them.

  • http://www.showbizspy.com HACK

I couldn’t agree more. If he would have pinched a woman on the ass they would be trying to sue him. The man was leaving and these women were definitely following him, and it was quite obvious he was not drinking. Those women were being rude, and obnoxious. He should have had someone push them into that box that the pap fell in when he was chasing GB down the street.LOL. And entertainer, or not he does deserve some privacy just like everyone else.

  • http://yahoo nikki

he is gay. I cant believe you all have not figured that out.

  • Smitty

When Gerard Butler was in Philly for the making of Law Abiding Citizen, he was pinching female asses left and right whenever he was out clubbing. So what’s the difference between him doing it to strangers and having strangers do it to him? He’s being objectified in the same manner that he objectifies women. It looks like the shoe is on the other foot, eh. Maybe now he will learn to respect others the way he wants to be respected.

  • Gracie

Mr. Butler does not drink–not a drop for over 10 years. I highly doubt he “headed across the road for more booze,” as this article proports–and his friends would certainly know this so who knows who was talking to this “reporter.”
And if Butler did tell these ladies to “get a life,” he was darn right. Pinching anyone’s behind is stupid beyond words and a real invasion of their rights to be left alone by strangers.
Last, Butler is a real flirt, yes, but he would not go around anywhere pinching ladies’ behinds as someone posted earlier. He’s way beyond thinking that is flirting. And he certainly doesn’t need to generate any more attention by females. The man gets plenty of female notice.
This is one actor who has been cited numerous times for being so patient and generous with his time to his fans. If someone got a “get a life!” from the man, they richly deserved it.

  • Stitchen

one thing that hasn’t been said in all the above posts about it being appropriate or inappropriate to have a girl pinch his ass or the fact that he’s done it to girls is this: he didn’t want it at the time. Think of sex…if you want it, its sex; if not, rape. No matter who it is, when, or what circumstances, free will is always something that should be at the heart of it. Most(maybe all, but lets not go too far) woman he’s grabbed on didn’t care, and if they did, the public would have found out QUICK. and most times, he doesnt care. this time he did, and he got sick of it? is that so hard to understand…

  • shar

I feel sorry for this poor man being chased down by all these hoes. All they want to do is spend all his money up anyway. He’d be safer staying single, or marrying a nobody from his home town.

  • R

Agree with E — the guy’s a terrible actor and his films are duds. Not just Phantom, which was sorely disappointing (though if I were offered it I’d still say yes even if it was probably beyond me, so can’t blame him there), but pretty much everything else. Is 300 his only hit? He’s really not that talented.

However, do agree that it’s unacceptable for fans to do that to him.

  • RuthVaillette

Seeing what is being done to Gerry by fans and Papparazzi, it hits me that it is time to put a stop to it legally. This isn’t freedom of the press or speech. What is happening to him and others celebs, is invasion of privacy.
I can just hear some people saying “Oh the poor super-rich babys!” But is it a given that someone gives up their privacy just because they succeeded in being very good at their chosen proffesion? Does the best electrician give up his privacy for having the skill and luck to be the best electrician ?
We didn’t protect Diana. Is there a better example?

Yes I am a fan and he is a fine actor. He has done well in vehicles that would’ve had no audience without his participation. And does very different characters excellantly. The guy can act.
The phanthom was more moving to me with a raw singer rather than a Pavorati. To me, not even knowing it was GB in the part, it made more sense not to have the phanthom be a huge voice. But he can sing.
I don’t care what he does in his bedroom, it isn’t my business. What he gives us, movies and interviews, is. That is all we have a right to.
Why are we hounding people we consider ourselves fans of? He was right to tell the girls off. He would’ve been right also to press charges.
