KYLIE Minogue and her Spanish model beau Andres Velencoso have been secretly househunting in Manhattan, New York, according to reports.

The couple — who have been dating for almost a year — are apparently keen to spend more time in America.

Kylie, 41, is said to be keen to record in New York while Andres, 31, hopes to secure modeling work.

“Kylie and Andres are thinking about spending more time in America,” a source told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper.

“They have looked at properties in midtown New York. She wants to be able to meet film producers and casting agents.”

Kylie has previously revealed that her inability to crack the States means she’s able to keep a low-profile while she’s there.

“I can keep a much lower profile, which is enjoyable,” she said. “And then if someone’s looking at me, I’m like: ‘Why are they staring at me? What’s wrong? Have I got something on my face?’”
