LEONA Lewis insists Simon Cowell is nothing like his onscreen persona — he’s actually quite nice!

The Happy singer, 24, has dismissed speculation that the millionaire music mogul is as mean off-screen as he is when judging contestants on TV.

“He’s actually a really nice, easy-going guy,” Leona said. “It wasn’t that scary, as he’s not as bad as he’s portrayed — he’s really sweet to work with.

“He’s still a mentor to me. If I ever need advice, I know I can go to him.”
