LISA Loeb is a mom!
The singer — who shot to fame in 1994 with the No. 1 single Stay (I Missed You) from the movie Reality Bites — gave birth to daughter Lyla Rose Loeb Hershkovitz on November 29, 2009, her rep said.
Lyla — the first child for Loeb, 41, and her husband Roey Hershkovitz – was born at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The couple — who met in 2006 at a business meeting and married last January — announced they were expecting in September.
Hershkovitz, 31, is a music production supervisor for The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien.
As well as singing, Loeb also helps underprivileged children through her own non-profit, the Camp Lisa Foundation, which gives at-risk kids the chance to go to summer camp. Her latest CD, Camp Lisa, is available now.
