TIGER Woods didn’t give Rachel Uchitel — his other alleged mistress — any money to keep quiet — despite reports to the contrary.

It had been claimed the golfer offered Uchitel — a New York club promoter — a seven figure sum to cancel her scheduled press conference and keep her mouth shut about their alleged affair.

But according toTMZ, Rachel spoke with Tiger and his reps and in the end decided to scrap her news conference and walked away without taking a cent from the mega-rich sportsman.

“This was absolutely not about money,” a source said. “Rachel became scared for her safety because she knows so much about Tiger, his alleged affairs and a variety of other Woods matters.

“She just wants to disappear for a while.”
