Scarlett Johansson Felt Sorry For Iron Man Stuntmen
SCARLETT Johansson felt “so sorry” for the stuntmen in her upcoming movie Iron Man 2 — because they couldn’t go to the toilet!
The actress — who wears a skin-tight catsuit in the flick for her role as the Black Widow — says her colleagues could rarely relieve themselves because of their heavy and complicated costumes.
“You’re working with the stunt crew and they’re going through the craziest stuff so you feel bad about complaining that your knee has been blue for three months,” explains Scarlett. “The guys doing the stunts in those Iron Man suits, they can’t move in it and can’t take it off.
“I’d say, ‘Have you peed today?’ and they’re like, ‘No, we can’t move, we can’t take it off, we can’t drink any water.’ I felt so sorry for them.”
Scarlett, 25, recently revealed that she had nightmares about slipping in to her catsuit.
“Thankfully it went on pretty good,” she said in October. “After the first time of being like ‘Okay it might not go on’, you learn to do quick change and I could get in and out of that thing in a flash really.
“When I first saw it I was like ‘I’ve got to get into that suit and I’ve got to start doing it now!’ So it was just about seeing the suit and that was the challenge, getting into that suit and believing in the suit.”
