Eva Longoria Likes Mexican Food

EVA Longoira is addicted to Mexican food.
The Desperate Housewives actress insists that despite her svelte figure, she is a dedicated “foodie” and loves nothing more than gorging on dishes from the south of the border.
“Anytime there is Mexican food around, you can bet I’ll be eating it,” said Eva, who recently opened her restaurant Beso in Las Vegas. “I’m not a chocolate person and I’m not into sweets. I’m a meal person.”
Longoria Parker also revealed that she is amazed that her new Spanish eatery is located near celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck.
“For me to actually stand side by side with Wolfgang Puck in the same arena is a little mind-blowing,” she said.
Eva, 34, recently insisted God gave her the “strength” to become an actress.
“Literally one day I said, ‘I’m going to be an actress.’ I never put a thought to it,” she told Prestige magazine. “I never said, ‘When I graduate from college, I want to be an actress.’ That thought never occurred to me.
“I have a strong faith in God and at that time I felt this amazing guidance coming from above and that gave me strength. It was this special force pushing me to come to Los Angeles and I said, ‘OK, I’m not going to fight it.’ But I always felt very protected. And I felt like this was the place I was meant to be.”
