RACHEL Uchitel — the woman alleged to have had a lengthy affair with Tiger Woods — is refusing to address claims she’s set to receive a hefty payout from the sports superstar.

Reports have claimed that Uchitel — a club promoter in New York — would be paid an amount that is more than one million dollars but less than three million so she doesn’t release the vast amount of emails and text messages that she has exchanged with Tiger during the past five months while they have had an affair.

“Tiger felt he needed to keep Rachel quiet and make sure the many messages between them did not become public,” a source said.

“Tiger felt it was particularly important that Rachel not publicly reveal the nature of their relationship, especially after his bizarre early morning one-car crash right after Thanksgiving.”

When quizzed about the hush money reports, Uchitel accused the media of talking “sh*t” about her.

“Obviously I’m not commenting,” she said. “The media can fight it out. All [they] do is talk s*it about me. Its [sic] unbelievable.”
