Pink Hates it When Pop Stars Don’t Sing Live

PINK gets frustrated when pop stars refuse to sing live.
The So What hitmaker avoids going to concerts by pop stars who mime along to their tracks, like Britney Spears, because she thinks all singers should be able to recreate their work live.
“I’m not taking anything away from Britney because I really like her a lot, but I would never go to a show where the person was lip-syncing,” she told Women’s Health magazine.
“When you grow up listening to Janis Joplin, you’re not going to want to see somebody mime.”
While the 30-year-old singer insists she likes and respects the If U Seek Amy songstress, Pink gets annoyed when she is compared to Britney, 28.
“I’ve always said I like Britney,” she said. “I swear to God, I’ve stuck up for Britney since the beginning. She and I have talked about it. My point was, ‘Stop comparing me to her, because we’re different animals.’”
