Sigourney Weaver Not Against Third Ghostbusters Flick

Sigourney WeaverSIGOURNEY Weaver sees “nothing wrong” with filming a third Ghostbusters movie.

The Avatar actress — who appeared in Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II as Dana Barrett — is still considering signing up for another installment in the series but seems to think some of her old costars might not make in back to the big screen alive.

“I might be in it; I see nothing wrong with being in it, although I don’t think I will have a big part,” says Sigourney.

“I think Bill Murray has a little more to do with it — he’s a ghost. I have had a couple of calls asking ‘would you read the script’.

“I know that my little son Oscar — who was kidnapped from me [in Ghostbusters 2] — I think he has grown up to be a ghostbuster.”

    I don’t like the idea of Ghostbusters loosing Peter Venkman. I have done some reading up on this, and other comments from other sites and if Murray will only do Ghostbusters by killing off his character, then I hope Sony will do us a favor by just not making a movie that sounds just plain sad. When in doubt, do without.
