CHARLIE Sheen‘s wife Brooke Mueller is keen to get back with the Two and a Half Men star.

Charlie and Brooke apparently aren’t allowed to have any contact as their respective lawyers prepare for a hearing between the couple.

“Brooke and Charlie are not allowed to have any contact with each other at this point,” Mueller’s lawyer, Yale Galanter, told People magazine.

“Brooke wants to get back with Charlie so we are anxious to meet in court.

“As of now, the new court date is 9 a.m. Jan. 20, but we are hoping that will change and be this coming Monday.”

Galanter filed a motion in the Aspen court last week to modify the protective order put into place after Sheen’s domestic violence arrest on Christmas day so his client and her husband can meet and attempt to resolve their differences.

“The judge is this case is involved in a jury trial,” Galanter said “We are hoping it concludes early, and if so, we could be in front of the judge on Monday.”

Sheen, 44, was taken into police custody on December 25 following an argument with Brooke, in which she claims he threatened her with a knife.

He was later released on bail and is set to appear in court again next month.

The couple — who married in May 2008 — have nine-month-old twin sons, Bob and Max, together.
