Adam LambertADAM Lambert wants to be in a relationship!

The hunky American Idol runner-up — who recently split from longtime beau Drake LaBry — says he’d love to have a new man in his life, but his busy schedule gets in the way.

“I’m not in love,” Lambert told US TV show Extra, adding that he likes to casually date and enjoys meeting new people.

“I’m not in the position to be in a relationship. Ultimately, I would love that.”

Adam has previously revealed that he’s only ever been in love once.

“My life has changed so much, I’m not sure what my needs are anymore,” he said in a November interview with the USA Today newspaper. “At the moment, it’s probably difficult to have a relationship.

“I’m going to be doing a lot of growing in the next couple years. I’ve only been in two relationships, and really, really in love just one time. That’s one part of my life I’m learning about — my heart.”

    Wow this poor guy can’t go out his door without being hounded. He is always so gracious to the fans though that want to take a picture with him. Adam is really a gorgeous and nice guy. I hope ultimately he finds what he is looking for.

    #1. The name should be, “Too Busy for a Boyfriend” or Too Busy for Romance

    #2. Adam has stated that he doesn’t have time for a relationship, so why would you say he’s looking?

    #3. The contents of your article is very old news.

    Isn’t the body of the article supposed to explain the headline? Well, where does it say ADAM “wants” a boyfriend? I can’t find it in any of his quotes …. just that he’s too BUSY for a relationship right now. Anyone who knows anything about ADAM knows that he is concentrating on his career right now. Please match your story with your headline … it’s very annoying. Thank you.

    It is going to be a hectic random road for a while, but based on what I have seen so far, this kid is a natural at handling celebrity. If Adam is patient, he will find what he is looking for.

    i’m thinkin’, the hook up with lance bass, he’s gay, why not, or another gay celebrity, someone that understands him, otherwise he’s going to be lost and end up with a loser that just wants him for his money and fame. its sad, but its true, some people are like that.
