VICTORIA Beckham made her judging debut on the season premiere of American Idol Tuesday night.
The former Spice Girl joined Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi as the talent contest started its ninth season with a trip to Boston, MA.
Over two days Beckham and the others judged a selection of hopeful singers aiming to be the next American Idol.
Beckham remained positive however as she weeded out the good from the bad — and tried hard not to hurt any of the wannabes’ feelings.
Meanwhile, Victoria has revealed that Cowell is one of the shortest men she knows.
“I am always surprised at how short Simon is,” she said. “I have known him for a while but it still always shocks me.
“We have to call it vertically challenged so he doesn’t get too self-conscious.”
