The former Friends actress has become hooked on a ritual that combines astrology with yoga.

The star, 40, goes to “yogalosophy” teacher Mandy Ingber six times a week to “align her spirit and body”.

“You start to crave it,” said Jen. “You know, you start to actually crave that adrenaline. Mandy combines her wisdom of astrology with the mind and the body and also cardio.

“So it’s sort of just a combination which is why I guess she calls it yogalosophy.”

    I am so sad that Jen is such a selfcenter woman, I used to be her fan but I haven’t heard her say anything about Haiti, not even ask her fans to help, i didn’t want her to say “hey I donated a million dollars” I just wanted her to give out a statement saying “we should all help, give what you can”. I thought she was better than that. I feel sorry for her now, she is what they say a selfcenter person. No longer your fan Jen.
