JOSS Stone prefers to date older guys.

The Super Duper Love singer says she’d rather be in a relationship with a 40+ man because they tend to “get” her better than younger fellows.

“I’ve been out with young guys and I’ve dated guys in their forties and I think they get me better,” Joss blabbed to Britain’s You magazine. “At the moment I’m single, because I don’t think it’s fair to be in a relationship when you’re never in one place longer than a couple of weeks. I’m dating, but nothing serious. All that will have to wait.”

The 22-year-old insists she isn’t bothered about losing £1 million after leaving her record label.

“It’s just money,” she said. “I’ve been in this business long enough now to work out what’s important and what’s not. The music business has changed so much. It’s all about product and business.

“I was talking to Roger Daltrey the other day and he told me he felt so sorry for my generation of musicians. He said, ‘When I was your age all we did was get on a stage and sing; now you all have to sit in meetings. That’s not music.’

“It’s true — that’s about money. I don’t care about money. As long as I have enough to live on I’m happy. I don’t need a Learjet to prove I can sing.”
