Demi Lovato Cuddled Kelly Clarkson!

Demi LovatoDEMI Lovato has revealed she gave Kelly Clarkson “three hugs” when she met the American Idol star.

The Camp Rock star, 17, says she was “ecstatic” to run into the Already Gone singer.

“I did meet Kelly Clarkson one time and I gave her three hugs, three,” she gushed.

“Once when I met her and then I was saying goodbye and I gave her another one… and then she was walking away and I was like, ‘Can I have one more?’

“She’s my idol, so getting to meet her was incredible. I’ve loved her since the first episode of American Idol, so when I got to meet her I was ecstatic.

“You know, I never looked up to Kelly Clarkson because of her being perfect. I looked up to her because no matter what she went through, she had class and I feel like she stayed talented.

“She never was arrested or anything like that and you didn’t see her in the tabloids for dating a lot of people.

“She really kept low and had a really great career and I feel like, for me, I don’t feel pressure as a role model. I just want to make sure that no matter what situation I’m in I come out of it a stronger person.”
