CHARLIE Sheen‘s wife Brooke Mueller has left hospital and returned home.

Brooke, 32, was admitted to Los Angeles’ Sherman Oaks Hospital on Jan. 20 after suffering from a fever of 105 degrees.

“I picked her up [Monday night] and brought her to a friend’s house in Los Angeles where we will stay until we decide what we are going to do and where we will go,” Brooke’s mom said Tuesday.

A source close to Mueller told People magazine that she’ll soon check into a spa to get help with stress reduction and psychological counseling.

“The doctors in ICU told Brooke that if she wants to get better she has to reduce stress and get a lot of R&R in the coming weeks,” said the insider. “Her mom thinks she needs some time away from Charlie and Los Angeles to get her head together.”

Another source says that the couple’s 10-month-old twin sons Bob and Max will stay with Sheen while Mueller is recuperating.
