SUSAN Boyle has been forced to bump up security at her Scottish home — after it was invaded by a male intruder.

The Britain’s Got Talent superstar — who had just returned from London where she was recording the Helping Haiti single — was left “very shocked” last night after finding an unidentified man halfway up her stairs.

“Susan got home to find an intruder halfway up her stairs,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.

“Her pal only expected to be with her for a couple of minutes, but it is just as well she was.

“Susan is unharmed but is obviously very very shocked. The guy has seen her come in and bolted out straight past Susan.”

Boyle, 48, had another scare at Christmas when she saw two strangers peering in through a back window at the home in Blackburn, West Lothian.
