Angelina Jolie’s Dad Blasts Split Rumors

Jon VoightJON Voight has branded rumors of an impending split between daughter Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt as “nonsense”.

The Oscar-winning actor — who has a notoriously difficult relationship with Angelina — insists the couple are staying together and there is no truth in the recent claims suggesting otherwise.

“Nonsense,” Voight said of the breakup rumors. “It’s all made up stuff.”

At the weekend, it was claimed Brad and Angelina — who raise six children together — were set to separate after signing legal papers which equally split their $330 million fortune and custody of the kids.

However, sources say that while the couple — who have been dating for five years — did sign the papers, they only did so as a precaution.

“Brad and Angelina had a meeting with a top law firm in Los Angeles in December, where they worked out terms of a legal document similar to a pre-nup,” said one insider. “The couple signed the document in early January.

“They agreed to share their money and assets and custody of their six children, all of whom would live with Angelina in the event of their parents’ break-up.”

But those close to the couple are adamant they have no intention of separating.

    Who knows? Something is going on. It could all be speculation, and something completely different could be pending. Maybe they are planning to be married. Maybe not. One article says the families hate each other (no one splits because of that, if they love each other), and no families hate each other if couples love each other. Why would they? Then another report states that Brad’s mom and Angie have become close and she is trying to help her. So, I’m sure there is alot of crap, and this so-called personnel who called child welfare? Well, I’m thinking that if that were true, it would have leaked IMMEDIATELY, and we would have all heard about it. So I’m not going to be so quick to judge, or believe. I hope it’s all crap. They have alot to lose….including each other.

    And what do they REALLY have except for those kids? Nothing at all. Like most men who have affairs Brad jumped into this ‘relationship” without knowing what he was getting into.He couldnt solve his problems with Jen so he was enticed by Angie’s image. 5 years later with kids, hes not even trying to look happy.They’re just a great visual for the large amount of the public who apparently believe that appearances rule over substance.

    I bet John Voight actually knows that they are indeed in trouble but he’s smart enough to keep mum. Remember what happened when he said on tV that Angie was mentaly unstable when she was about to adopt Maddox? She didnt speak to him for a number of years.He’s watching his step so he can see those grandkids.

    Ah, Chrissy, she has never slept around with other women’s men. The ‘affair’ was proven to never have happened. Angelina was the innocent victim all along.

    The tabloids are out of news, so they go to the most sought after couple in Tinseltown: Brangelina. I personally do not believe a word of it, but who knows? Maybe Brad looks exhausted because he is. They DO have 6 kids!!!!

    LOL You would think he would have learned by now to keep his mouth shut concerning Angelina. Bet she freezes him out of their lives again. Poor Jon, now he won’t get to see his grandkids. And Heather, you disillusioned psychopath, Angelina has could never be classified as an innocent victim in any of this. Did they run you off from the other board due to your fanatical ramblings?
