WILL Ferrell is a dad again!

The actor’s wife, Viveca Paulin — whom he met in 1995 at an acting class — gave birth to the couple’s third child, a son, on Jan. 23 in Los Angeles.

The baby — the couple’s third son — has been named Axel, Ferrell’s rep said Wednesday.

Axel joins older brothers Magnus, 5 1/2, and Mattias, 3.

Ferrell, 42, and Paulin, 40, who wed in 2000, announced they were expecting last September.

The Anchorman star shared his parenting tips in a 2008 interview with Parade magazine.

“Don’t let them play in old, abandoned refrigerators,” he said. “If you’re flying with your children, it’s better to book them on the same flight as you and not on a separate one, just so they can have more legroom or something. Travel as a family.”
