Michael Jackson’s Body ‘Might be Exhumed’

Michael JacksonMICHAEL Jackson‘s doctor wants the tragic singer’s body to be exhumed, it has been claimed.

Conrad Murrary — who faces criminal charges over the singer’s death — is desperate to beat a murder or manslaughter rap for administering a fatal dose of the powerful propofol drug to Jackson.

“As the seven-month-long investigation wraps up with Dr. Murray is clearly locked in the crosschairs, I’m sure his attorneys are considering a number of last-ditch strategies, including digging up Jackson’s body to confuse the issue,” retired FBI Special Agent-in-Charge Ted Gunderson told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“Murray’s defense will likely suggest the propofol was the least of the singer’s problems..

“How many other doctors prescribed medicine to Michael over the years? They’ll ask this to cast doubt on the prosecution’s case.

“Murray’s defense would likely argue that Jackson’s drug addiction over the years is what made him vulnerable and Dr. Murray had only known him for a few weeks.

“There’s so much damning evidence against Murray for propofol, but his lawyer could downplay that medication and point at other drugs and other doctors — anything to cast doubt in the jurors minds.

“Of course, the prosecution will fight against any exhumation, but a cautious judge may decide that digging up Jackson for a fourth autopsy is the best way to answer key questions once and for all and avoid having any jury overturned.”

However, Michael’s family are — understandably — against the idea of digging up his body.

“Digging up Michael would be absolutely outrageous,” said one Jackson insider. “I’m sure this would just be a ploy to cast doubts in the minds of jurors. But that’s all it is — a ploy.

“Michael’s death was devastating for those who loved him. If a judge ever let this happen, it would be an absolute sin. Let him rest tin peace.”

    Even though Dr Murry “only knew Michael for a few weeks” he was still his Dr at the time of Micheal’s death! The Dr should have gotten medical records from other Dr’s Michael has seen as this is usually protocol for any new patient a Dr sees! He should have waited to see what Michael had been on or he could have at least taken blood samples to see what Michael was on. Propofol whether a lot or a little is illegal to dispense it outside of a hospital! That alone should have sent red flags up all over the place! Even if Michael “begged” Dr Murry for the drug an ethical Dr would have refused the task! Also Dr Murry had no way of monitoring Micheal’s heartbeat as he didn’t hook Michael up to any machine to watch it. Also the lying Dr said he had no phone to call an ambulance for help but then we are told that he was on his cell phone for 45 minutes while Michael was hooked up dying. The whole thing doesn’t make sense and digging Michael up from the grave isn’t going to prove Dr Murry’s lies! The Dr was greedy for money and would do anything just to get it.

    I don’t think it much matters anymore which doctor was the most responsible,they should all be tried period-they knew what Michael’s frame of mind was,how vulnerable he was and they didn’t give a damn about him-they were in it for the money and the publicity. The courts should do with them just as they did with ELVIS’ doctor-revoke their licenses to practice any kind of medicine and these physicians should do some jail or prison time because they took advantage of this man because of whom he was. This is what doctors do-instead of trying to find a way to helpb the patient with a situation-they keep them doped up,the more drugs they sell,the more money they make-take it from someone whom had a 3 year long prescription drug addiction and has been off them and clean now for 3 years. I have been battling severe Fibromyalgia for 10 long years now since I was 26 and the doctor I wasa seeing at the time-whom I no longer go to-kept me doped up for 3 years on all kinds of downers from age 30 to 33,instead of trying to help me with this condition-he kept me doped up all the time like a zombie. These doctors should be punished including DR. CONRAD MURRAY-you don’t dope someone up with an anesthetic that is for surgical use only for a sleeping issue or any other kind of issue especially not to someone that has depression and self-esteem issues,doing what he did was basically signed MICHAELS’ DEATH WARRANT. In my opinion-they’re all murderers-just like Latoyia said-it wasn’t suicide-it was murder and one doctor is no better than the other.

    The Jackson family has been through enough. There has been enough autopsys done on MJ’s body already. How much could have been overlooked? I say, let Michael rest in peace. Why can’t he get some peace now? I hope any judge won’t let Dr. Murrey exhume Michael’s body just to muddy the waters in court. MJ deserves respect and privacy just like anyone else. I can’t imagine how his loved ones would feel if it happens. They have had such a hard road the last 7 months to walk down without adding to it. God bless Michael’s kids and all his family.

    Michael is alive, let them open the crypt, then we’ll all see that it is empty and finally prove Michael is alive…There has never been a picture of his “dead” body anywhere..Michael is alive, guarantee it…That’s why they won’t release medical records..And Conrad Murray isn’t even his real name,,It’s Robert Earl Carter!!!! Christ, his sister signed the death certificate!!! Not even a doctor in the whole hospital could sign it? LaToya had to. Come on people….He’s alive…

    I believe that this is a sin. MJJ is dead. Let the dead rest in peace. We all know the meds his doctor gave him was for anethesia “only” for surgery. The good Doctor was only out for money and fame. He gave Michael a lethal dose of this med and should have been at his bedside the whole time the medicine was working in his system. If he was there and MJJ stopped breathing, there are drugs to revive him but there is a short window of time to do this. The Doctor chose not to watch him while on this “anesthesia medicine” and hence MJJ died way before he was discovered not breathing. So simply this Doctor should be charged with wrongful death and stripped of his license to administer drugs. He should be found ‘guilty’ of neglegent homicide. It is the right thing to do. I was not a MJJ fan but I do believe in “justice” and the good Doctor should be punnished accordingly. Simple truth is he is responsible for this death with reckless regard and should have to pay the piper just like any other Doctor who is charged with malpractice, causing the death of anyone.

    Murray is running scared! I only hope that it is a rumour about exhuming Michael.
    Murray said he didn’t give anything to MJ that would have killed him. We know diprivan (propofol) is only to be given in a medical setting with all proper equipment to assist breathing. Murray was not trained in this procedure. He knew fair well that he was dancing with the devil. Money talks $150,000.00 /month!
    I know it’s taking too long to charge Murray, but they have to do this right. I can’t believe that he is still practicing medicine!

    There’s something so ugly and macabre about the reporting “culture” in North America, the way they talk about people, dead or alive. Gosh, my love for Michael is so great and I didn’t even know him, have never met him. But those that knew him, his friends and family… how can they stomach the media on him?! I experienced a very strong visceral revulsion, seeing Michael the same day he died wrapped in white cloth on a stretcher being flown by a helicopter, then the talk about the autopsy, his brain not being in his scull yet for burial… and now about “digging him up” mentioned 4 times in a 300-words article, UH!!! Where have sensibility, dignity, reverence, kindness… gone???
