SOMEONE has taken out a restraining order against Paris Hilton!!

A man named Ramiro Benitez claims the hotel heiress has carried out “numerous sexual assaults” against him.

He should be so lucky!

In documents filed with a Los Angeles court Wednesday afternoon and obtained by TMZ, Benitez alleges Hilton has threatened him “both sexually, physically and financially”.

Ramiro — whose handwriting in the document is barely legible — goes on to say the harassment has been going on since 1997 when words were first exchanged on the phone. He also asks for the protective order to cover young children — his 14-year-old son and his seven-year-old niece.

The man also claims that Paris has threatened to commit acts of violence against him. He wants the court to order Paris to stay 100 yards away from him, his home, his workplace, his child’s school and even his car.

The TRO was denied, pending a hearing next month, TMZ reports.
