ROBERT Pattinson is set to appear on US TV show The View.

The hunky Twilight actor will give his first interview on the ABC morning talk show March 2 to promote his new movie Remember Me.

In the flick, which also stars Pierce Brosnan, the British heartthrob plays a troubled New York college student named Tyler who falls in love with a young girl played by Emilie de Ravin.

Remember Me hits theaters in March.

The ladies of The View will likely also talk about the Twilight series’ third installment, Eclipse, which is set to be released in June, according to the New York Daily News newspaper.

Rob, 23, was recently offered an album deal by music mogul Simon Cowell.

Cowell, 50, apparently told Pattinson — who laid down some tracks for the Twilight soundtrack — that he can have as much money as he wants if he agrees to release an album on his Syco record label.

“Robert is reluctant to be turned into a pop star — and takes his music very seriously,” a source said last month. “He is a bit wary of signing up with Cowell who is, of course, associated with X Factor and pop.”
