Kristen Bell Burned Her Leg During Romantic Scooter Ride

KRISTEN Bell has a nasty scar on her leg — after burning herself while on a romantic scooter ride with her beau Dax Shepard.
The actress — who recently announced her engagement to the comedian — was being treated to a trip across Rome when disaster struck and she burnt her leg and had to be seen to by medics.
“You might notice Kristen has a scar on her leg,” says Kristen’s When In Rome costar Josh Duhamel. “It is because her boyfriend Dax took her out on a Vespa for a sightseeing trip and she got a third degree burn on her leg.
“That was his way of showing her love — but she got burned. She is clumsy but I think the mood was kind of ruined after that.”
Bell, 29, recently revealed that she’s been sharing her home with an old dog after she adopted an elderly pooch after Hurricane Katrina.
“I adopted this dog from Katrina when she was 12 ’cause I work with a shelter and they had a bunch of dogs and I said, ‘I’ll take the oldest one, I can care for her’,” she said.
“Cut to four years later, I’m actually thinking she may be a real-life vampire and never die. She’s almost totally blind and deaf. When she’s in the house, you can hear her pooping from the other room, it’s like bowling balls dropping.
“She’s semi-crippled in the house and she breathes like Darth Vader.”
