Elin Nordegren ‘Holding Out For Half of Tiger Woods’ Fortune’

ElinTIGER Woods‘ wife Elin Nordegren is planning to stay with the shamed golfer for another four years — so she can claim half of his mult-million dollar fortune.

The former Swedish model, 30, has been told by divorce lawyers she must spend ten years wed to Woods to ensure she gets half his net worth.

The couple married in 2004.

“She’s prepared to stick with it if that’s what it takes to get what she deserves,” dished one insider. “She’s going through the motions of trying to work things out, but has said there’s no chance. She’s a woman scorned and will do what it takes to hit him where it hurts.”

Elin — who raises two young child with Tiger — smashed her philandering husband in the face with his mobile phone after texts revealed he had cheated on her.

He crashed his car outside his Florida home as she chased him with a golf club. Woods, who had a string of affairs, is being treated for sex addiction.

    Elin Nordegren should not loose her mental sanity, dignity and self respect for a man like Tiger Woods. I hope and pray that Elin get well informed about the severity of Tiger’s issues before she makes a final decision for her sake and the sake of the children because the emotional demands of staying with Tiger Woods will be very high. Elin is young and beautiful and she can find a good and decent man that will love, honor and respect her and the children as they deserve.

    I hope that what I’m reading is not true for I thought better of her. But to stay just for the money is BS. Take what you can get and have now and get out of there. I’m sure that is enough to live on for the rest of your life (and the children as well). My overall impression of you has now DROPPED ! My impression of Tiger is NON-EXISTANT !!!!!

    She demonstrated being a golddigger if she stayed in marriage in order to get a bigger slice of Tiger’s wealth… If Elin stayed in marriage due to her love for Tiger and family, then she got a heads-up from most people… Many e-news also said she stayed in marriage due to children even if staying together as friends (separate bed) rather than lovers…I found this a ridiculous concept…How will the children be benefitted seeing their parents as friends and no love in between… The ONLY reason to stay in marriage for the children is due to still love in the family and marriage…
