Jennifer Hudson’s Weight Loss Secret? Hard Work!

JENNIFER Hudson has been putting in the hours to shed her post-pregnancy pounds — and she’s loving every minute of it!
The singer/actress — who welcomed her first child, a son, in August last year — says she dropped her baby weight by being sensible, and she would advise every other new mom to do the same instead of crash dieting.
And as you can see from the picture at the left, Jennifer is looking good!
“I don’t really diet as such,” she says. “I actually get up and work hard every day. I make sure I eat right and just make sure I stay focused. It is about being consistent and sticking with it.
“Motherhood is the best thing in the world. I am loving it. Baby David is just the most beautiful person in my life, so it is all worth it.”
Hudson recently revealed that she’d quite like to have a daughter.
“I’d like to have at least one more, a little girl,” she said in November. “I want a girl and then maybe another one. You know, one baby at a time.”
“It of course is the most amazing thing ever,” Jennifer said of motherhood. “I love every minute of it.”
