HOLLYWOOD hunk Channing Tatum says sex is much easier than surfing — when it comes to making movies!

“”Actually, the love scenes were a lot easier than the surfing scenes — even if I did have to kiss Amanda Seyfried in a driving rain storm,” the actor said of his new movie Dear John. “I know how to be with someone and have a connection with them. That’s fairly easy. But learning how to surf was a lot harder. You’re getting beat up by those waves.

“I was like, ‘Don’t we have stunt doubles for this?’ Then, when you finally get the hang of it, you feel a real rush. I still surf a little bit in L.A., but the water’s too cold and there are big sharks lurking around.”

Tatum — who’s married to actress Jenna Lee Dewan — recently revealed that he writes love notes for his wife.

“I write them a lot, to be totally honest,” Tatum replied when asked whether love letters are a thing of the past. “I just write little notes and put them all around the house. They’re maybe not letters but they’re little notes.”
