Gerard Butler: ‘Call me James Bond’
SCOTTISH hunk Gerard Butler wants to replace Daniel Craig as James Bond.
The Law Abiding Citizen star — who is said to have rekindled his romance with former flame Jennifer Aniston after the pair were spotted on vacation together in Mexico for the actress’ 41st birthday celebrations — says he’d quite like to play the suave British spy.
“I’d love to play James Bond, but it’s been said so often, so inaccurately,” said Butler.
“I was in my flat in London, wrestling with a busted shower, and I heard a news report that I was going to be 007. I thought: ‘If only it were true, but I have to fix this shower’.”
