Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Sue British Tabloid Over Split Story
ANGELINA Jolie and Brad Pitt have unleashed their legal team on a British newspaper.
The couple have issued a legal statement to the News of The World — who recently reported the Hollywood stars had seen lawyers about splitting their assets — insisting they are not about to split.
Brangelina’s lawyer, Keith Schilling, told People magazine that the pair had commenced proceedings against the tabloid for making “false allegations about their relationship”.
“We can confirm unequivocally … that the allegations published by the News of the World are false as well as intrusive,” said Schilling in a statement.
According to Schilling, Sorrell Trope, who was, identified in some media reports as the lawyer representing the couple, submitted a statement saying, “I have had no contact from them … Angelina Jolie and/or Brad Pitt. I have never met your … clients or had any involvement with either of them.”

Finally they are DOING something! They really took their time and because of that it only got worse! From now on no more stupid stories that they are on the “verge” of splitting and have some real news for a change.

Conveniently, these words are left out of news publications.
Believe it or not, The News of The World may be a British red top, but they rarely take the chance of printing such a story unless they have 100% proof to back up their allegations, proved time and time again no matter how much denial is made. Jolie/Pitt fans, hold onto your hats.
The storm is far from over and before the end of the year, Jolie/Pitt will be no more. You mark my words.;)

Well the news paper obviously made up the story if the lawyer they mentioned that Brad and Angelina saw in order to split their assets has said that he has never had contact with them. So then the entire story is false. They arent splitting, they never were.
People just want to believe the story because they want to believe that somehow Karma is getting Jolie. Well I think Jolie has only good Karma coming her way, she is a wonderful person a true humanitarian. Plus a great mother and actress. Sorry who cares about Aniston? they got a divorce so get over it.

There’s no mention of that lawyer in that story. Somebody else printed his name. And honestly, their lawyer said he was “under instruction” to say they aren’t splitting. He won’t do or say anything they don’t want him to. News outlets have left a lot of his statement out of the story. And you and other brangie fans are the only ones still talking about Jen. Nobody else wants her back with Pitt.
Wow you sound bitter. Whats the problem why can’t you just be happy they are suing the news paper and obviously wont be breaking up since they are doing this. Why can’t all of the people here just be glad that Brad and Angelina are together and that they will continue to be great parents and a loving family.
I have been following this story for a couple of weeks now and can’t stand how people wish these two were splitting and won’t even consider that they are real people with real feelings. What about the kids? just have them break their world apart because mean spirited people would rather believe the lies. Shame, their lives are not ours to tell them what to do. I hope they stay together and continue being happy. I saw their photos at the superbowl and the 3 of them looked wonderful.
Why must you lie to yourself and try to convince yourself and others that no matter how many people deny the rumors you are right and Brad and Angelina are over? that it is all a plublicity stunt? Do you know them in person to be able to say they are?

And why arent they sueing The Star, the National Enquirier,and OK magazine all who have printed the same story? Arent they bigger fish to fry? And why did it take this long if it really bothered them? Most of all,why does Brad STILL look unhappy –unless he knows the cameras on him?
Kim Brad doesn’t look unhappy he looks like he is 45 with 6 kids. He seems happy enough since he is not breaking up and I really doubt there is anything that Angelina could do to stop him if he really wanted out.
You choose to believe that he looks unhappy, that is you. He has never said he is unhappy nor has any other reliable source. Brad seems to be a down to earth guy that is tired of the media. If Angie makes him happy then let him be.

The Brangelina camp are suing for ‘misuse of private information’. Its a bit different from ’spreading lies and making up stories’.
They are just peeved off that their private information has been put in the public domain before they wanted it to be.

Marriage is not 100 percent happiness 100 percent of the time. We are imperfect and affected by the conditions of our surroundings. Marriage requires hard work; therefore, commitment! I admire this couple for their commitment to the marriage arrangement (that includes their children).
Love, respect, commitment, action!! Happiness is a state of mind. If you want to be unhappy, even in a perfect world you will be unhappy.
Even if they are in the brink of separation, it would still be obvious that they are fighting to keep their home together, that’s what marriage is all about. The easy way out is divorce, start all aver, new mate, new bed. My grandma used to say, if you have the pest, you won’t getrid of it just by changing cities! So, before thinking about divorce, ask yourself, is there anything I need improvement on? Do I need to change this or that? And make those changes! Your mate will see that and might motivate him to improve too. At the end, the whole family will benefit.

The British certainly have a better outlook than the
Americans. I think Brad and Angelina could have a happy
marriage, if they want it. If they don’t, so be it. If
I had those six gorgeous children I’d be doing cartwheels.
I think Hollywood is a terrible place to have a marriage
or children. I would really hate for them to split but
it isn’t up to me or up to you. If they aren’t splitting,
I wish they would move to England or Europe.
