JENNIFER GARNER REFUSES TO STARVE HERSELF

Jennifer GarnerHOLLYWOOD beauty Jennifer Garner refuses to “starve” herself to lose weight.

The Valentine’s Day star — who raises Violet, four, and one-year-old Seraphina with husband Ben Affleck — admits she felt pressure to lose her baby weight but would not diet while breastfeeding.

“I’m not going to starve myself because I have a baby to take care of and nourish and that’s way more important than whatever my brain thinks it needs to do,” she said.

“I do feel pressure, but I can’t make it come off any faster than it does and I can’t seem to be pregnant without gaining 45 pounds, so there’s not a lot I can do about it.

“I wish there was because I do feel the pressure and I do see the cameras, it’s the one time where having people follow you and take pictures is excruciating.”

Garner, 37, recently revealed that she loves to feel “wooed”.

“The most important thing guys can do is acknowledge, in some sweet way … ‘I love you.’ Just make us feel wooed,” she said.

“Write a quick note or pick flowers or pick the grass out of your backyard and show up with it with a sweet smile … You don’t have to spend a lot of money, just be sweet.”

      I totally agree with you. Jennifer is beautiful inside and out, and I highly commend her for keeping her priorities in check over the stupid pressures of our society today. Children is our future and they need to be loved completely. lol

    Wat to go…you are beautiful and don’t need to starve yourself to fit somebody elses image of who you are. I have four kids and nursed them all you should be proud of the fact that you are doing something great for you and your child!

    I’m glad she puts her baby before dieting. It’s always seemed to me that she truly loves and values her kids, which is awesome.

    I do hope, however, that she (and other women) realize that even without children, starving yourself is a very unhealthy choice.
