TAYLOR Swift wants to get the number 13 tattooed on her arm — but her family and friends have convinced her it’s probably not the best idea.

The Love Story singer apparently has a “weird connection” with the number.

“Taylor has this weird connection with the number 13 which goes back to when she was a kid,” said a source close to Taylor.

“It’s her lucky number. Every time she has won an award she has sat in seat number 13, and the number keeps cropping up in good times for her.

“She was even going to get a tattoo on her arm but her folks have stepped in and convinced her it could be kind of unlucky for her look.”

Recent reports claimed Taylor’s mom/manager, Andrea, has told the superstar in no uncertain terms that she must put her love life on hold for the sake of her career.

Swift, 20, recently split from Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner and his since been linked to ladies’ man John Mayer and Glee star Cory Monteith.

“Andrea has told Taylor in no uncertain terms that she must put her career ahead of dating boys,” a source said. “Andrea, who has a firm grip on her daughter’s career and personal life, thinks Taylor has worked far too hard to let everything go to the wall for the sake of a boy.

“Taylor just wants someone to love; but she understands that her white-hot career is the most important thing right now.”
