Angelina Jolie’s Friends Call Her “Saint Angie”!

Angelina JolieANGELINA Jolie‘s friends have been referring to her as “Saint Angie” following the actress’ recent trip to Haiti, where she helped out with earthquake victims.

The Changeling star — who raises six children with partner Brad Pitt — is being hailed by her nearest and dearest for her philanthropy.

“She’s now being called ‘Saint Angie’ by those who know her, for the wonderful work she’s been doing in Haiti,” a source told the National Enquirer.

“And all her hard work in New Orleans seems to be finally paying off. She is being dubbed the ‘Maid of Orleans’.

“She is in absolute hero there for the way she used her celebrity to help publicize the more than 46,000 children displaced in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

“She also supported Brad when he pledged more than $5m to Make it Right, a recovery project to rebuild 150 homes in a neighborhood devastated by the hurricanes.

“The people there really love her and it was great to see her and brad cheering the Saints on as they won the Super Bowl.

“No one can recall Angie ever showing up for a football game before, so her appearance was a real tribute to the city she and Brad have adopted as their own.”

      Angelina Jolie is a good woman, wouldn’t call her a SAINT, but I would call her a wonderful woman, beautiful and very intelligent. A great person.

      LOL you really believe she has no friends? like you know her in person right! I bet she has a million friends.For example: Tom and Katie have said they are friends with them, so has Posh and David Beckham, what about Julia and Matt and Jack. They have all said Angelina is a wonderful person and that they love to hang out with her, brad and the kids. The truth is that anyone that ever meets Angelina always says wonderful things about her, included her coaches for movies, people at stores like toys r us where she has been with the kids, and world leaders. Even Obama has said Angelina is a woman that trully cares about the poor and someone admirable.

    That is hilarious. It was written with tongue in cheek right? Why does the Media continue to insult the intelligence of their audience time and time again by putting out drivel like this. Please talk about real heroes who deserve our admiration and respect. Not some PR addicted actress who gets off having her name in the news even if she has to use her children in photo ops to do so.

    “saint” may be too strong of an adjective, but i also admire angelina jolie for her big heart and generosity… unlike the three haters above me who i am sure haven’t done anything to help katrina survivors and haiti earthquake victims.

    c’mon guys, go out and smell the roses and believe that there are really good people on this planet, and angie is one of them.

    They are good people. She has a strange past, but so what? She has become a mom and has done such good things for people less fortunate. And she somehow balances it all. Of course, with help, but they coordinate beautifully. As for friends, they travel and live in so many places. But I think she’s sort of a loner anyway. I’m sure she has friends. I love Angelina Jolie – she’s beautiful inside and out. And so is Brad.

    Of course she does not have any friends – otherwise why not a singly photo of her with anyone else ever apart from with Brad or other married men she was stealing before? As a personality she does make an impression of very antisocial insecure person – therefore trying to me extravagant to compensate. As to the charity work – I suppose for celebrities with levels and fame of that level (not necessarily fairly earned) it is simply a must to put it to a massive publicity of charity causes so Saint is probably an exaggeration especially given Jolie’s many moral wrongdoings in her non-charity life.

    In other words – apart from her charity work she is really an immoral person so it is obvious she must keep on charity work as it is the only thread to keep her in public’s eyes from a complete dismise.

    1) she’s a great humanitarian, ready to help others;
    2) she’s a devoted mom and partner
    3) she’s a great actress
    4) other people are desperate to cling their names to hers
    because they know they’ll be in the news too if they do s0 (johnny depp said so)
    5) printed and online mags sell because of her, exactly the reasons why those who claim to hate her keep reading news about her (makes me laugh when after posting comments they would say “who cares about brangelina??” hahaha, the height of hypocrisy)
    6) many fans love her and yes i’m sure she’s got lots of friends – gwen stefani is one. at least she and gwen never did share one guy while they are friends, as opposed to courtney cox and jentheslut who both dated adam duritz weeks apart, hahaha ‘friends’ indeed.
