Dr. Conrad Murray Changes His Story

Conrad MurrayCONRAD Murray has changed his story of events surrounding the death of Michael Jackson.

The physician — who has pleaded not guilty to the involuntary manslaughter of the pop star — has claimed he made “a mistake” during his first interview with the Los Angeles Police Department and admitted he was wrong about what happened following the death of the late ‘Thriller’ singer.

“Dr. Murray’s timeline of events that day when Michael Jackson died is wrong,” said Murray’s lawyer, Michael Flanagan. “Doctors make mistakes, and that is what he did, and it was simply just that, a mistake.”

In Murray’s initial interview with police, he claimed he gave Michael the powerful sedative Propofol at 10.50am, left the house for a couple of minutes to visit the toilet, and returned to find Michael unconscious.

After trying to revive Michael with CPR, Murray left it over an hour to call emergency services at 12.21pm — during which time he telephoned another patient of his, Bob Russell, to discuss the results of a heart scan.

However, according to Flanagan, Murray has admitted he made a mistake about the sequence of events, and is keen to rectify this before he is in court.

Murray’s timeline of events are expected to be the basis of his upcoming court case, and these changes are significant to both prosecution and defense.

Michael died on June 25 from an acute Propofol intoxication.

Although the changes made to Murray’s account of events have not been revealed, it is being speculated he will admit he didn’t check on Michael two minutes after giving him the medication as previously claimed.

    Please stop this person from making excuses and just arrest him already. He was dosing Michael with Propafol and a lot of other dangerous cocktails long before Michael’s heart gave out on him. You don’t mix drugs like that unless you’re making big money!!! He’s no Doctor.He wasn’t looking out for Michael like he should have been. Who would even consider going to him as a Dr. after this?

    What happened to the missing survelliance tapes that would have demonstrated Murray’s obnoxious behavior around the time MJ died. Not only that the guy pretended to be doing little Prince (a mere child) a favor by calling out for him as he was “so called” resucitating MJ knowing that he was already dead. Enough is enough already! Arrest this guy and be done with it!

    Ok…so yet another lie upon another lie….I am beginning to lose faith in humanity…the love of so mnay lives was taken away by this bastard and all is fine with the world? I think not. Lock the scum up and let him rot in prison for what he did to Michael….lying sack of crap.

    No matter how many stories Dr. Murray comes up with the result is the same. Michael is dead and Dr. Murray administered a drug he was not trained to administer in an unsuitable setting. This drug is an anesthetic to be used in a setting where emergency response is available i.e. a hospital.
