CHARLIZE Theron is set to present an award at the Oscars.

The Battle in Seattle star — who was named best actress in 2003 for Monster – is the latest celebrity presenter to be announced in advance of Sunday’s Academy Awards telecast.

Theron will also be joined by fellow Oscar winners Barbra Streisand and Kathy Bates during the show Sunday.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences also announced Monday that Queen Latifah, Robert Downey Jr., Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta will be among the presenters during the ceremony.

The Academy had previously announced that Hollywood stars Sean Penn, Kate Winslet and Penelope Cruz, who won acting Oscars a year ago, will present honors at the glitzy ceremony this time around.

The 82nd Academy Awards take place at Los Angeles’ Kodak Theatre on March 7 and will be hosted Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin. Click here to see the full list of nominations.
