LADY GaGa says her wigs, hats and shoes are her most important possessions.

The eccentric superstar has vowed never to be caught off-guard by the paparazzi because she owes it to her fans to live up to her wacky image.

“I would rather die than have my fans not see me in a pair of high heels,” said GaGa. “I’d never give up my wigs and hats for anything.

“You see legendary people taking out their trash, I think it’s destroying showbusiness.”

The Poker Face singer — who’s rumored to be dating her — recently insisted she’s single and celibate.

“I, for myself, make the choice to be single at this point in my life because I don’t have the time to get to know anybody. And you know what? It’s OK. Even Lady Gaga can be celibate,” she said earlier this week.

“If you can’t get to know somebody, you shouldn’t be having sex with them.

“It’s OK at this point, in this day and age, we have grown up and we now know that we can’t be that free with your love.”
