CHYNNA PHILLIPS LEAVES REHAB — AND CALLS OFF HER DIVORCE!

CHYNNA Phillips has left rehab — and called off her divorce.
The singer/actress, 42, checked into an undisclosed facility last month and has successfully completed her in-patient treatment for an anxiety issue.
“Chynna is excited to be back with her kids and to celebrate her oldest child’s birthday,” said Phillips’ spokesperson.
Chynna returned home on February 26 and joined daughter Jamieson for her 10th birthday party the very next day.
Meanwhile, Phillips has decided to reevaluate her relationship with husband Billy Baldwin.
The couple’s 18-year marriage almost came to an end last week when Phillips filed divorce papers, but just days later, she changed her mind and withdrew the filing.
Baldwin — who is currently in New York filming Gossip Girl — was reportedly stunned Friday when his wife filed for divorce in Santa Barbara, Calif. Phillips, however, changed her mind over the weekend, according to the New York Post.
“Chynna has gone under a lot of personal and professional stress. The divorce petition came after a long and emotional buildup. But once it was filed, she realized she didn’t want to lose Billy and asked her lawyers to withdraw it,” a source told the paper.
“They’re not getting divorced,” added Chynna’s publicist. “She filed and withdrew. They are going to work out their issues.”
