SIMON Cowell will be a married man by the end of the year!

According to Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper, the American Idol judge, 51, intends to wed fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy over the summer.

However, the date could clash with with the wedding of Cowell’s good friend Piers Morgan, who is marrying writer Celia Walden.

“Piers and Simon have lots of friends in common and want to make sure their dates don’t coincide because they both want to be at each other’s wedding,” blabbed one insider.

“It’s turned into a bit of a joke between them over who’s going to send out save-the-date cards first.”

Simon’s pals are said to be shocked about the millionaire’s sudden plans to wed.

“We’ve all been taken aback by how quickly this has happened,” said the source.

“Simon might choose the August bank holiday and Piers is talking about July, but they are both being very coy. For two big chatterboxes, they have suddenly gone very quiet.”
