George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis — Red Carpet Couple!

GEORGE Clooney and his Italian model girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis looked more together than ever on the red carpet at the Academy Awards in Hollywood Sunday night.
Clooney, 48,was nominated for a Best Actor gong for his role in Up in The Air, but lost out to Jeff Bridges, who scooped the gong for his role in Crazy Heart.
For those who care, George was wearing a Giorgio Armani classic Giorgio Armani tuxedo with a pique evening shirt and black bow tie.
George recently insisted he doesn’t take his success for granted.
“Before I came to Hollywood I was the son of a famous newsman and my aunt Rosemary had been one of the biggest stars in the music business in her day (she starred in White Christmas),” he told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper. “So I knew what it meant to be a celebrity and how it could all go away pretty fast.
“My father taught me about having principles and how to treat people with respect. My aunt also taught me how to keep a perspective on everything that happens to you. So you learn to be humble and not take your success for granted.”
